Cardinal is a second-generation massage therapist who aims to see each individual as an ecosystem. Through deep relaxation and targeted muscle feedback, they help people gain awareness of the movement patterns of their body as a whole and how that relates to acute issues. Each massage is tailored to the client’s current and long-term focus and considers the life the body has lived. Cardinal is trauma-informed and has a special interest in the ways the mind arises from the body. They believe in the health of every size. Cardinal is skilled in Swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping, and trigger point therapies. No matter their technique, they don’t believe that massage should be painful—you can expect to get off the table relaxed and feel good down to your bones!
Outside of House Nine, Cardinal is a multimedia artist. They’re most well known for their photography and handmade greeting cards. They also like to grow wild gardens, explore new music, and attempt new crafts.
