Lily’s approach to bodywork is a practice of listening and discovery. When given the space to soften and release, the body has much to say. This conversation and connection between the physical and energetic body is central to Lily’s massage practice. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2019 and primarily practices a deep-tissue therapeutic style of massage. She also studied Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and loves this medium of bodywork for its dynamic flow. Her goal with every massage is to help facilitate a space of relaxation and support that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. Lily speaks Spanish and is always happy to help you in Spanish if needed and preferred.
When she isn’t giving a massage, she can typically be found playing music, dancing, creating art, tending her garden, reading, or doing the laser pointer for her cat, Bug.
