Elizabeth Nakamura has been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. Trained at The Swedish Institute in New York City, she brings over a decade of clinical and spa experience to her work. Elizabeth’s approach is grounded, intuitive, and trauma-informed. She integrates therapeutic massage with nervous system regulation to support deep embodied healing. Her work is both detailed and nurturing. While skilled in a range of modalities, she has a particular passion for Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Certified in the Vodder Technique with advanced post-operative training, she is especially honored to support clients through surgical recovery and times of physical transition. Elizabeth believes in holding compassionate space for people, wherever they are on their healing journey.
