WELCOME TO OUR HOUSE

Our Bodies Always Tell The Truth

We are a wellness hub that honors your embodied wisdom. By deeply listening to what is present in your body, we aid in the unwinding of stress, tension, and pain. We believe wellness is both preventative healthcare and a sacred act of reverence that pays homage to body and spirit.

Integrating massage therapy, bodywork, herbal medicine, and tea culture in a beautiful, light-filled studio right in the heart of SE Portland allows us to holistically support you through all seasons of life.

We Play a Supporting Role

Our practitioners combine expert knowledge with heart-centered care to support your body through stress and pain. You are the center of the session. In a receptive and supportive environment, we can accomplish your health goals.

VISIT THE TEA ROOM

Tea as an Act of Communion

House Nine incorporates medicinal plants by way of herbal infusions.

Our tisanes are ethically sourced from small farms in Oregon & across the globe. Infusions are curated in-house with medicinal & spiritual benefits in mind. Always organic, fair trade, and sustainable.

The tea room is a serene space, full of light, nestled amongst plants and locally made art. Enjoy a complimentary infusion before or after your service or with a friend while exploring the vibrant Hawthorne neighborhood.

Currently, we only offer tea service to clients with bodywork appointments. You can also find our current tea selection here to brew at home.
