A cozy corner of a room with a white wooden chair, a small wooden wall shelf with a candle and tissue box, a decorative wall hanging made of woven material, a hexagonal mirror reflecting a potted plant, and a part of a gray bedspread in the foreground, all on a light green textured wall.

Welcome! Let your journey begin.

You don't need to know
what you're doing.

Most people arrive for their first visit with at least one question they're a little embarrassed to ask. This page answers all of them — so you can simply arrive.

House Nine isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.

Our Approach

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

Simple ideas

Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

Lasting impact

We build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious.

When You Book

Booking an appointment & intake form

You can book appointment 24/7 on our website. We use an appointment software called Vagaro. If you have used it at another spa/salon, you may use the same log in to log into our booking system.

We'll ask you to fill out a brief health history through Vagaro. It isn't a formality — it genuinely shapes how your practitioner works with you. A credit card is required to hold your appointment, and it's only charged if you miss your visit without notice.

When You Walk In

A welcome, not a waiting room

You'll be greeted at the front desk and offered a cup of tea before anything else. There's no rush — arriving ten minutes early is part of the experience, not dead time before the "real" appointment starts.

During Your Session

You're always in control

Your practitioner will check in about pressure, comfort, and what you're hoping to get from the time. If something doesn't feel right, you can say so at any point — that's expected, not awkward.

After Your Session

Stay as long as you'd like

You're welcome to linger in the tea room afterward. Many clients sit for ten or fifteen minutes simply noticing how they feel before stepping back into their day.

Your First Visit, Step by Step

No surprises. Just a clear sense of what happens, in order, so the only thing left to do is show up.

Our Philosophy

"You are the expert on your own body. We're simply here to support what it's already trying to do."

We are trauma-informed, weight-neutral, and HAES-aligned — which means we never comment on your body, never assume what you need, and never expect you to explain yourself.

Two ways to begin.

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
